STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION
The Board of Trustees runs the Foundation. It ensures the goals of the Foundation are achieved. It holds the widest powers for managing the legacy of the institution.
The Board of Trustees is assisted by the Scientific Committee as well as by the auditors and a finance committee, which includes the members of the Board from the banking world.
A Permanent Secretariat ensures day-to-day running of the Foundation.
