Louis-Jeantet Symposium 2017

The sixth edition of the Louis-Jeantet Symposium will take place on Tuesday, 10 October 2017 at the University Medical Center in Geneva from 8:30 to 17:30.

Programme and registration

This edition will be organised by two Louis-Jeantet prize winners: Michael Stratton, The Sanger Institute, Cambridge, and Stephen WestThe Francis Crick Institute, London. Together with speakers specialised in the same area, they will share their research on the genetic evolution of cancer.

Alongside the Louis-Jeantet Symposium a satellite meeting intended for students from a Swiss research institution will be organised by Ioannis Xenarios, University of Lausanne and Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics in collaboration with LS2 – Life Sciences Switzerland. Stephen West, The Francis Crick Institute, London, and Hans Clevers, Hubrecht Institute, Utrecht, will be the speakers of this programme. The satellite meeting will take place on Wednesday, 11 October 2017 at the Louis-Jeantet Foundation headquarters.
